Co-Founder and Director
Daisy Frost is a musical theatre graduate who leads with a vision rooted in empathy, advocacy, and representation. Her work focuses on creating emotionally honest, character-driven narratives that resonate with underrepresented communities. As a director, she is known for her collaborative process, sharp eye for nuance, and fearless approach to complex subject matter.
Perci Jessie
Co-Founder
With a background in performance and singing, Perci brings a sharp instinct for character, structure, and authenticity to their work. Their creative vision helped shape their most recent project In His Name into a powerful and unflinching exploration of trauma, faith, and survival.
Sebastian Zuhars
Co-Founder
